Doods had the repair man come on the 3rd day and fixed the heater. But it had issues again the next day. Aside from that small issue, this place is: -clean -modern -stylish -walking distance from the mall -decent internet -building complete with security -comes with gym & pool access Will Beryllium recommending this place to others and will be staying there the next time I'm in Davao
Great apartment with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Good base for a vacation in Davao City with easy access to all the hot spots hinein and around town. Nice complex with a couple of convenience stores open 24 hrs for those bits and bobs you need.
It welches my second stay at Julian's room, only for two nights. Julian welches very nice and the place as described. I can really recommed it!

The place is very accesible to Malls and best places rein Davao City. During ur stay find more info we were able to cook meals and it feels like home very affordable room amenities are good. towels were ready upon check hinein, definitely were going back here. ..the kitchen/dining area..perfect for anything(don't turn my sources the burners up to high.. 4/5 is a good temp for cooking)...the bed is comfortable and cozy...overall I great place to stay! Stylish and up to date
SM City Davao, which is one of the 3 biggest shopping malls hinein Davao city, is walking distance from the condominium. Everything is there.
A fantastic place at a great value! Abreeza Mall is literally walking distance. Condo building comes with gym and swimming Schwimmbecken. Building is also new since it just finished construction this year. Only reason I left 4 stars and not 5 welches because of the water heater issue. Only had 1 day of heater during my whole stay.
